Louise graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from Curtin University and is now working at the Department of Treasury and Finance within Treasury's economic reform division.
Louise completed a double degree majoring in Politics/International Relations and Economics in 2008. Following this, she received the Mannkal Honours Scholarship in 2009 to assist her in completing her studies. She conducted a study on the First Home Buyer Grants as part of this Scholarship.
Louise attended the 2009 History of Economic Thought (HETSA) Conference in July as a Mannkal Scholar. As part of the Scholarship offered by Mannkal, Louise submitted a report on a presentation of her choice. The presentation she selected was titled
