Frontier Centre - Canada Internship
The Frontier Centre is an independent, western Canada based public policy think tank with offices in Winnipeg, Regina and Calgary. In partnership with Mannkal they select one WA university student to undertake an internship in January and February each year.
The interns experience public policy outside their own environment and learn about the workings of one of Canada’s fastest growing think tanks. The Frontier Centre carries out research and media outreach in Housing, Poverty, Health, Education, Aboriginal, Economic, Local Government, and Environmental policy.
In 2010 Tahlia Maslin was selected for the internship, where she worked on the Euro-Canadian Consumer Health Care index. To read about her experience please click here.
