Rhys Kidd
Rhys is currently completing a Law/Commerce degree at the University of Western Australia.
In 2008, Rhys wrote an entry for the Economic Scholars Essay Competition presented by ECOMS and Mannkal. He wrote a paper examining FOI issues in WA and received a runner-up award.
