Jess Carlon
Jess will complete a double degree in Economics and Commerce in mid 2011. He is majoring in Economics, International Business Economics, Corporate and Investment Finance and Financial Accounting.
Jess is to attend the presentation by Saul Eslake, Director of Productivity Growth, Gratten Institute, on "An Assessment of the Policy Response to the Global Financial Crises".
Jess wrote an entry for the 2009 Economic Scholars Essay Competition presented by ECOMS and Mannkal titled, "The First Rule of a Hole: Why Do We Expect Keynesian policies to save us now when they have failed in the past?" This essay was awarded the overall winner of the competition.
