Jessica McColl
Jessica is currently studying a Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) at the University of Western Australia. She has a keen interest in public policy development and in environmental issues.
Jessica attended the History of Economic Thought Society Australia Conference in July 2009 at Notre Dame University, Fremantle on a Mannkal Scholarship. As part of that Scholarship she wrote a paper entitled "An Analysis of 'Hayek’s Road to Serfdom in Contexts'".
Jessica also attended Mannkal's inaugural Freedom Factory as a Mannkal Scholar.
