In our everchanging political landscape, we are met with uncertainty. The global free trade order is appearing ever more uncertain. However these tariffs and roadblocks to trade are not new. French philosopher and economics Frédéric Bastiat wrote extensively on the merits of free trade, his arguments no less prescient today. Scholar David Hart will deliver an exceptional seminar discussing Bastiat’s relevance to today.
